ABout the material: Gore Tex

GORE-TEX fabrics are perfect for highly aerobic sports that require the ultimate in waterproof / breathable technology. GORE-TEX fabrics are available in 3-layer and 2-layer constructions.

With a 3-layer construction, a fine nylon mesh is bonded to the interior surface of the garment to protect the GORE-TEX membrane from abrasion and dirt. With a 2-layer construction, a thin mesh or other fabric is sewn inside the garment but is not bonded to the GORE-TEX membrane.

About the material: Ballistic nylon

Ballistic nylon is one and a half times more abrasion resistant than other similar weight fabrics and boasts three times the tear strength of nylons that are almost 20% heavier. Because of this, Ballistic nylons have allowed us to reduce the weight of many of our products by more than 50% without sacrificing the durability. We create Ballistic nylons by heating and stretching nylon fibers. Much like Tensiled steel, this process aligns the nylon molecules in each fiber, dramatically improving the strength and stamina of the fabric.

Compared to regular models, the short model (-S) has a 6cm shorter inseam and the long model (-L) has a 6cm longer inseam.
(For size "S", only long is available and for size "XXL" only short is available). 13 different sizes for men and 11 to 12 sizes for women are available.
