About the material: Wickron Dry Touch

Wickron D.T. (Dry Touch) incorporates round and irregularly shaped threads of 100% polyester. These threads are mixed at random and twisted into wickron D.T. fibers.

The microscopic spaces between these randomly positioned, unevenly sized threads vary between several microns and a dozen microns. Because of the different sized spaces, wickron D.T. does a great job of wicking sweat away from your skin. In addition, the randomness of the threads causes the surface of wickron D.T. to be uneven, so the fabric touches your skin in an uneven, somewhat random pattern. As a result, wickron D.T. garments feel especially lightweight and dry. Because the performance is woven right in, wickron D.T. stays comfortable and functional even after many washings.

UV Cut helps UV exposure

Blocks more than 90% of UV radiation
UV Cut is the percentage of UVA / UVB radiation that a fabric blocks from reaching your skin. UV Cut is affected by fabric color, weave/knit, and material. We base our testing standards on white fabric, generally the least effective. Even our light-colored fabrics block more than 90%of UV radiation, offering a way to reduce exposure. Use sunscreen and other methods to further increase protection. (Exceptions may apply to mesh fabrics.)
•UV Cut is NOT the same as UPF, which measures how much UVA / UVB a fabric allows to reach your skin. These are NOT equivalent ratings and use different testing methods.
