This water helmet is both lightweight and extremely comfortable due to ventilation holes on the sides of the helmet. A dial adjuster at the back of the helmet can be used to fine tune the helmet's overall fit. This helmet conforms to EN 1385, the European Standard for "Helmets for canoeing and whitewater sports."
